“We often need to find a lot of skilled workers in a short time. To do that, we collaborate with recruitment agencies in countries where we don’t have offices. Smooth and structured communication is key—it can’t get stuck in endless back-and-forths. Plus, we want to speak the candidate’s language: the process should be simple and mobile-friendly.”
To optimize recruitment, ORANJEGROEP said goodbye to messy Excel sheets and manual processes. They implemented the ATS system Carerix and integrated Minggo to take automation to the next level.

“Using a template, we can generate a professional CV in just a few clicks and send it directly to the client. It saves us a huge amount of time.”
Tracking candidate availability is now effortless with an automated form. “Candidates who are currently not working receive a monthly email asking them to update their availability. The selected date is automatically stored in the ATS, allowing us to offer them relevant job opportunities immediately,” says Fred Baird.
Fred Baird: “We solve many small inefficiencies with Minggo because it’s so easy to build solutions. For example, our office in Portugal needed a way to collect new hires’ clothing and shoe sizes. So, we created a form that automatically gets sent to new candidates, allowing them to submit their sizes easily.”
One of the biggest advantages of Minggo? Flexibility. Fred Baird: “The real gamechanger for us is that we can make changes and create solutions ourselves. Recently, I noticed that important fields were positioned too far down on a form. Within minutes, I adjusted it without needing external support. In the past, we’d have to submit a support ticket—now we just do it ourselves.”
Fred Baird: “Our candidates typically don’t use computers—they rely on their mobile phones. So everything needs to be as straightforward and user-friendly as possible. With Minggo, we’ve created a system where candidates simply enter their name, phone number, and email, and then we guide them step by step through the necessary information. The system handles the rest.”
Another key benefit: ORANJEGROEP now collects much more candidate data, improving database maintenance and job matching efficiency. “This ensures our database is always up to date, preventing us from wasting time searching for candidates who are already in our system,” says Fred Baird.
