Kracht Recruitment had a clear goal: less administration for its consultants and more time for what matters. With Minggo, the employment agency is now speeding up its administrative processes and candidates can enter data digitally themselves.
Kracht Recruitment is a leading player in the recruitment of technical staff. The team of motivated sales consultants helps candidates find new jobs every day. But because of the amount of work, the sales consultants find it difficult to keep up with administrative tasks. As a result, profiles are not entered correctly into the ATS, contractual completion remains outstanding, and opportunities are sometimes missed.
“How great it would be if we could develop something that would speed up our processes and allow candidates to complete their data themselves?” Kracht Recruitment thought last year. The employment agency was looking for a way to make its processes more efficient, across the ATS.
“We work with Carerix,” explains Thijs Peeters, recruitment and marketing manager at Kracht Recruitment. “The system facilitates the mediation process very well. But for marketing purposes, administration, and finance, we want to automate even more.”
In search of a solution, Kracht Recruitment quickly noticed that customization was not an option. Thijs Peeters: “We asked our IT partner how we could automate certain things without Carerix, but were shocked by the price. It would cost tens of thousands of euros to automate some simple things.”
At one point, the Carerix account manager dropped Minggo as a possible solution. “Minggo is a no-code solution with which you automate processes in Carerix,” explains Thijs Peeters. “That was interesting because it allows us to innovate and digitize administrative work.”
After receiving Minggo training, Thijs Peeters started creating automations in Minggo. One of the things that took up a lot of time from recruiters, was entering CVs. Thijs Peeters: “We got 40% to 50% more applicants by leaving out the CV in the application form. But the big disadvantage is the extra administrative work. After applying, our consultants had to request the CV from the candidate by e-mail each time and manually upload it into the ATS.”
“Kracht Recruitment therefore created a CV upload application via Minggo. It automatically checks after application: Is there already a CV present in the ATS or not? If not, the candidate automatically receives an e-mail with a link to upload the CV himself. That CV is directly stored in Carerix. “As a result, our recruiters hardly have to request CVs anymore,” testifies Thijs Peeters. “A great simplification of our recruiters’ administrative tasks.”
In total, Kracht Recruitment got 40-50% more registrations by implementing just that one functionality. Because the easier the form, the higher the conversion.
In the future, Kracht Recruitment plans to implement Minggo’s appointment scheduler. This will then allow candidates to schedule an interview themselves in the recruiter’s calendar. Rather than emailing back and forth to make an appointment.
Kracht also wants to provide automated data requests to the candidate through Minggo. Due to the high number of posted candidates, they need a lot of administrative data, such as ID proofs. By automating this, Kracht employees will save a lot of time in administration and follow-up.
The impact of Minggo for Kracht Recruitment? “Because of Minggo I started looking at automation differently,” testifies Thijs Peeters. “I now see a lot more possibilities and notice that you can really automate a lot of processes yourself with a no-code platform. It makes our organization much more scalable and efficient.”
