How EngineerX suggests candidates with an app
As a specialist in finding engineers for industrial projects, EngineerX suggests a lot of candidates to its clients every day. Until recently, this was done manually via email, resulting in a lack of oversight. In a matter of weeks, EngineerX was able to create a client app for suggesting candidates digitally. The result? The clients are satisfied, and the recruiters get to save time that would otherwise be spent on administrative tasks!
The challenge of EngineerX
EngineerX’s approach for suggesting candidates to its clients used to be entirely manual. “Drafting a new email every time was not only inefficient for our recruiters,” says CEO Byron Soulopoulos, “but it also made it so that clients had no comprehensive overview of all of the candidates that had been suggested to them and their CVs.” As such, there was an increasingly large risk of clients losing out on great opportunities.
EngineerX's approach
EngineerX wanted to automate this manual process by developing a client app. This client app would have two main purposes: providing clients with a comprehensive overview of all of the candidates and the corresponding CVs for any given vacancy, and a clear method for following up on any of these candidates. Instead of having an app custom-built, EngineerX chose to develop their app using the Minggo app builder.
In just a few weeks, EngineerX was able to develop a fully personalised client app using Minggo, without having to do any coding. They are now able to offer their clients full insight into all outstanding vacancies and any matched candidates, including those candidates’ personal details, CVs, videos, cover letters, etc. With a single click, clients can accept a candidate and move them into the next phase of the process.
