Minggo values your privacy very highly. As a Belgian software company, we are well placed to provide maximum protection and safeguard your privacy. We ensure that we only process the relevant data for the specific target process. In this way we avoid useless transactions and storage of your personal data. This privacy statement explains which personal data Minggo collects from you through our interaction. We also explain in detail how we use and store that data. 2. Which personal data is collected?
2.1 Website
The following personal data can be shared with us via the website:

These personal data are requested in the context of:
Requesting a Minggo demo.
Downloading a whitepaper or other content.
Fill in the contact form.
2.2 Campaigns
Campaigns are targeted marketing campaigns that are limited in time. A campaign lasts up to three months. A target group is defined at the start of a campaign. This target group will receive an email from us with the invitation to surf to the campaign page on our website. This is done via the following services: Reply.io, Autopilot. If interested, the person can register to receive more information. At that time we ask for the following personal data:
Name

Email address
Phone number
We will also ask for your permission as described in point 3.
At the end of the campaign, all personal data will be removed from Reply.io and Autopilot and. So this data will be deleted within a maximum of three months. If you have registered on the campaign page of our website, your data will end up in our CRM system. We use LinkedIn and / or our CRM system to define and contact target groups. At LinkedIn, we use LinkedIn’s Premium Services to search for contacts. If you do not want this, you can unsubscribe from this service on LinkedIn.
2.3 CRM system
Minggo has a CRM system which is our central system for managing contact details of customers and prospects. This information comes from the website, but can also come from other sources such as direct contact (example business card).

2.4 Google Analytics
Our site also uses Google Analytics. We do this to gain a better understanding of how the website is used. This way we can improve our website. Google Analytics collects data such as:

How did you get to the site
Your IP address is anonymized by replacing the last 3 digits of your IP address with zeros.

3. Consent
When entering your personal data, you will also be asked for permission to process your data. Your personal data will only be processed after you have given permission for this. You can withdraw your consent at any time. See point 4 in this privacy statement for an explanation of how you can do this. We also ask your permission to keep you informed of new whitepapers, events and general news about Minggo’s products and services. Here too you can withdraw your consent at any time. 4. How can I withdraw my consent to processing?
You can do this by sending an email to privacy@hrlinkit.be.
We will process your request as quickly as possible and confirm by e-mail that this has been done.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your data for 5 years. The 5 years start from the moment you give us permission.
For CVs this is a maximum of one year.
6. Minors
It is not the intention of Minggo to collect data from minors. If we notice that any data has been collected from minors, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a minor (younger than 16 years) and you wish to apply for a holiday job, we also need the permission of one of your parents
7. With whom do we share your data?
Minggo does not share or sell personal data with other parties. An exception to this is when the legislator obliges us to do so.
8. How can I assert my rights?
You have the following rights:
You may withdraw your consent at any time.
You may request to see what personal data we hold about you.
You may amend your personal data.
You can ask us to provide your personal data in a format that can be read by another service in an automated way.
You can ask us to delete your personal data.
You can ask us to stop processing your personal data.
You may object to the processing of your personal data.
You may request not to receive direct marketing.
You may request that no automatic decision making is done on your personal data.

We will respond as soon as possible (at the latest within one month). If we need more time we can extend the deadline with two months. If we need the extra time, we will let you know within a maximum of one month after your request.
If there are any doubts on our part about your identity, we will ask you to confirm your identity before responding to your request for personal data.
9. Amendments to the privacy statement
This privacy statement is subject to change. At the beginning of the privacy statement is the date of the last change. This way you can quickly see whether any changes have been made. We therefore recommend that you revisit the privacy statement regularly.
